Hi Michael and welcome. Buds would not ship by policy. If a mistake was made and it was shipped, your FFL would contact Buds and notify them for pickup and when received back to Buds, you would be given an option of a replacement or refund. Cheers and stay safe!

Michael, Bud's would not knowingly ship it, but sometimes a non-complaint gun could slip through the cracks and get shipped. In this case, your FFL would return it and you would get a refund. If you post the gun in question and which state, we can tell you if it is legal.

It's best to find out from Your local FFL about the legality of a firearm for your state. I know Bud's is on it about the magazine capacity restrictions but, Not positive they can keep up with the ever evolving gun restrictions from state to state.
