Hi Richard. Features and controls are similar. The Aero Precision .308 has a Chrome Moly Vanadium Heavy Barrel which will have less barrel harmonics when fired and will be slightly more accurate over the Volunteer. Other than that, overall, they are very close. Cheers and stay safe!
