I placed an order yesterday. I got a confirmation email but when I check my order on this site it tells me I have no existing orders. ("You have not yet made any purchases.")

Tasha, there may be a processing delay on Bud's part due to the Holiday Sale weekend. You should be able to get assistance from Buds Customer Service via Chat (Blue button bottom right) or phoning at (859) 368-0371 (available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday).
