  • I eventually want to purchase a 9mm Glock pistol, but don’t have strong enough muscle arm strength to shoot, has a bit of a kick to it. What are some of the best ways and techniques to build stronger arm strength? I have a 22 cal at am and have no problems shooting at all. Any tips are appreciated.

  • Hi Emily,
Some simple low weight (2.5-5lbs) weight exercises like bicep curls and triceps extensions will eventually give your arms and shoulders the strength you are looking for. Push ups and pull ups would work also but I would recommend free weights as you can vary the work outs and whatever muscles that you're looking to strengthen.

  • Hi Emily and welcome. I recommended these progressive finger, hand, arm strengtheners before and still do : amazon.com/Pack-Finger-Strengthener-Exerciser-Equipment/dp/B07T1M7LVC/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?hvadid=276975170532&hvdev=c&hvlocphy=9009740&hvnetw=g&hvqmt=e&hvrand=16735110655281327627&hvtargid=kwd-471667192716&hydadcr=15190_9872168&keywords=hand%2Bexercisers%2Bfor%2Bstrength&qid=1700439821&sr=8-1-spons&sp_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9hdGY&th=1 ---------------- Cheers and stay safe!
