Hi, 129lb. female with small hands trying to decide best first gun for range, carry & home protection. Was leaning towards Ruger LPC.380 because of size but not too comfy with not having attached safety and now leading towards S&W m&p9 shield plus. Also looking for best defense and range ammo to match… any suggestions???

Hi Terry, I would suggest the Ruger Security 380, it is a lite rack gun with a manual safety that gives you either 10 or 15 round capacity.
