Hi Ron and welcome. Yes, Even the full builds from the custom shop have some MIM. Springfield's MIM quality is actually very good and there have not been too many reported incidents with the parts. If it bothers you, the main parts I would suggest swaping are sear, hammer, slide stop and extractor. They take the most stress during operation of the weapon. Cheers and stay safe!
