Hi Damian and welcome. Nothing other than the magazine capacity and the CA designation in the model number (No manual Safety) (Pictures have been added to listing) : https://freerangeamerican.us/springfield-hellcat-pro-reduced-capacity/#:~:text=Compared%20to%20the%20base%20Hellcat,in%20this%20restricted%2Dstate%20version. ---------- Cheers and stay safe!

Hi Damien, this is the same as the standard Hellcat, except it has CA at the end of the model number (and it comes with 10rd mags instead of 15)
There is no manual safety. Pictures here >>> springfield-armory.com/hellcat-series-handguns/hellcat-pro-handguns/hellcat-pro-osp-9mm-handgun-ca-compliant/
Stay safe & have a great day!
