  • The sale, transfer, or manufacture of magazines of a capacity larger than 10 rounds is illegal in the state of Washington and only those possessed prior to the ban going into effect last year can be legally owned. A reputable seller should not agree to ship larger capacity magazines to Washington.

  • Hi Robert, Bud's will not ship non-compliant magazines to your home.

  • Yeah, not gonna happen. Bud's policy is what it is. No Non-Compliant magazines will be shipped to any state that prohibits them. And if you're buying 15 rounders off Ebay, I'm gonna guess it's from private individuals, not an FFL holder.

  • Hi Robert and welcome back. No, Buds will not. This has been a long-standing policy so as not to jeopardize their FFL which is their livelihood. Cheers and stay safe!
