Would it be possible to remove the blocker to make this a 15 round magazine?

Hi Mike, it is permanently blocked for 10 rounds. If you are mechanically inclined, with a little ingenuity, it could probably be done. It would involve a lot more than just removing a limiter. Not sure it would be worth the time.
