Is this beauty legal in Indiana? Actually not sure how it can be legal anywhere! (But sure glad it is) Looks like a great option for home defense!

Hi rick and welcome. It is legal due to it not being classified as a SBS (Short Barreled Shotgun) and just a firearm due to the birds head grip. It will transfer same as a standard handgun in most States. Cheers and enjoy!

Hi Rick, yes sir, the Shockwave is legal in Indiana. It is legal because it is not considered a shotgun, since it has no stock, so it can't be a SBS. It is not a pistol, because it has no pistol grip. It is just a 'firearm' and is legal in most states. It is a non-NFA item, no tax stamp needed.
