does this eject well from a carbine?
the only answer is Maybe some guns work fine with them some will not eject and some will not chamber from the magazine
Yes & No, give them a try and you'll know for sure.
Hi Brian and welcome. Unfortunately no. I have tried these in several of my carbines and the pressure generated will eject on average of 20% of the time. Not much better from Semi-Auto handguns as well. These function best in single shot's, revolvers. Just check out some actual shooters results . --youtube.com/watch?v=0FExbQXUZg0 -- Cheers and stay safe!
It should, no guaranties. My original XD cycles their 45 shot shells no problem.

CCI Shotshell 9mm #12 Shot 1450 fps 10rd box
Brian, at 1450fps, it should have enough energy to cycle/eject from a semi-auto carbine rifle. Ultimately, you wont know till you try with your particular firearm.
Stay safe & have a great day!
