As I said, must go to a FFL. It was mis-categorized and Bud's check-out was not requiring a FFL. Once it was put into the correct category, 'serialized frames & receivers' , it requires a FFL. (Randy, you contacted Bud's at 2am? Really?)

further UPDATE I contacted buds and after review it is serialized and will now require shipment to a FFL for transfer like any other handgun

it does not appear to have a S/N If you place it in your cart Buds does not ask for a FFL and will ship it to your home address.
If it had a S/N it would be a Firearm and require shipping to a FFL for transfer to you
