  • Hi James, Colt doesn't provide us specific details about where/how they are blemished. You can provide Colt your serial number (once you receive the firearm) and they can give you additional details. These are covered under our Lifetime Gun Warranty.
    It would be impossible for Bud's to take a picture of every single gun's blemish.
    ***This is a factory cosmetic blemished firearm. Most times these cosmetic blemishes are difficult to find and do not effect the function of the firearm.*** Colt does not supply pictures of the blemish, and Bud's does not open the box to take pictures. Bud's uses stock photos from the manufacturer.

  • There's another site that always sells blemish models w/o showing the "Blem". 99.9% of the reviews report not even veing able to see/find a blemish. Sometimes the Blemish is so small it may not be able to be seen in a photo. You can use the Blue Chat button and see if Bud's can get a better idea of the Blemish?
