DID you clean it before shooting many of them come with way to much preservative which needs to be cleaned out
Hi Robert and welcome. If you mean your Panzer AR-12, you can lock your bolt back for a couple of days and retry your loads. When not in use, store it with the bolt locked back and you will virtually eliminate cycling issues, even with lighter loads. Cheers and stay safe!

Hi Robert, a lot of these Turkish AR style shotguns need high velocity loads to cycle, at least 1300 fps.
It may or may not cycle lower velocity rounds once broken in, see what the owner's manual says.
