Coming from someone who owns Glocks, I'll say absolutely it is. Glock although, has more aftermarket options for customizing if one so desires. Aftermarket support with regards to accessories for Glocks outweighs most other brands. Glick has remained a leader in the industry by being boringly reliable & easy to care for. I agree, the asthetics of tge Springfield & other pistols are much more pleasing to the eye.

Hi Kelly, go for the Hellcat Pro, Glocks are so blah looking. I believe this is a better gun for the first timer.

yes it is just as reliable as the glock S&W stands behind their firearms so if in the rare case you have any issues they will take care of it
