Buds gets items in "batches" so if they run out of one batch, then they move to the next one and adjust the prices as needed. Buds always pulls from the lowest price batches. So the batch at the lower price was just sold out by the time you saw the email and went to go look at the ammo. There's also the disclaimer on the bottom of the email that isn't quite as in depth, but explains the same. "Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Prices and availability were accurate at the time this email was sent; however, they may differ from those you see when you visit BudsGunShop.com."
