FFL dealer required for just shotgun barrel

I purchased a shotgun barrel. No mechanism to fire a shell, just the barrel. Does this need to be sent through a FFL dealer?

Absolutely not. No FFL needed. I've purchased a replacement barrel for my shotgun and it was shipped straight to my door!
