Hi Jeremy and welcome. Yes you can. Check your local shotgun hunting laws for magazine capacity limits (if any) and make sure to get the appropriate capacity detachable magazine or magazine limiter. You can but this is more along the lines if a home defense style shotgun, it would probably be best suited for turkey hunting hunting at a close distance, the accuracy would suffer after about 30 or 40 yards, depending on what you want to hunt I would go with something more along the lines of maybe a Winchester sxp 26" barrel. Well rounded for multi game purposes
