The receiver is not drilled & tapped to mount a piccatinny rail for an optic. You can have a gun smith perform that mod, if it's thick enough for them to drill & tap.

Sorry it is not drilled and tapped for optics it can be drilled and tapped by a good gunsmith I would check on the price prior to purchase
