Hi Jeremy and welcome. This model has a 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium Barrel. The Ruger would be a similar choice. The Ruger would have the slightly superior barrel. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!

Anderson AM15 5.56 Frontline Rifle M-LOK
Hi Jeremy, this has a 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium Barrel. The Ruger 556 MPR has a Cold hammer-forged 4140 chrome-moly steel barrel. Chf barrels have the advantage of being stronger due to molecular alignment over non chf barrels.
If you want a cold hammer forged barrel, go with the Ruger, they are otherwise similar, with Ruger having the slight edge.
Stay safe & have a great day!
