What does 70%-80% used gun rating mean?

Buds rates used firearms very conservatively. 70% to 80% means the firearm is fully functional but will have moderate wear to the finish and possibly light to moderate scratches or nicks and dings.

70-80% has some wear to it. 80-90% will be something very minor 90-100% is like new condition.
