Nothing new will ever get added to the Ca DOJ Unfortunately

It is not CA legal at this time(does not appear on the CA approved Roster). I would check back with the CA Approved Roster after January 2018 to see if it gets added/approved after certification revisions/additions. http://certguns.doj.ca.gov/

Unfortunately, no. There are not any .22 handguns made by springfield on CA's approved handgun roster. There is a whole section on Bud's though for CA approved firearms to pursue. Hope that helps!
