I wanted to know if the following gun parts are compatible. Is APAR501145 compatible with APAR700302M29 ? Would I need any other components to get this AR pistol operational?
Specifically: Can I mate these two items:
M4E1-T ATLAS S-ONE COMPLETE UPPER RECEIVERS 11.5" 5.56MM
and Aero Precision M4A1 Clone Complete Lower Receiver - Blue/Black, Synthetic, Collapsible Stock ?
Would I need any additional parts to get this AR to function well?

They are compatible but a complete upper receiver does not include a bolt carrier group or charging handle so you would need those. Pretty much any standard AR-15 BCG and charging handle should work though. The other issues is that an 11.5" barrel on a lower receiver with a stock would be considered an NFA item as a short barreled rifle. If that's the intention it is wise to start that paperwork before buying the parts to assemble. If that's not the intention, you either need to buy a pistol lower receiver or an upper with a 16" barrel like this one: budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/718010433/m4e1+upper+receivers+complete+5.56mm
