Hi John and welcome. Likely not unfortunately. Some shotguns will cycle mini shells no issue but, you just have to test them in your specific shotgun. I use Nobel Sport mini shell without issue in several of my shotguns as they are slightly longer and more powerful than most mini shells : pewpewtactical.com/shotgun-mini-shells/

No, the Mini-clip is specifically for Mossberg pump actions and would not interface correctly with the shell lifter. It is very unlikely that mini shells would be able to cycle this gun as well.
