Is Remington TAC 14 legal in NJ? Saw that you previously were not shipping this gun to NJ. Saw online however that NJ State Police recently issued email to NJ FFLs stating that TAC 14 and Mossberg Shockwave are legal in NJ. Noted attorney Evan Nappen disagrees. Are you shipping this to NJ FFL. Thanks for your help. Peter Pottetsville NJ
