  • I have asked two questions recently about two different orders. Buds has not answered or addressed either email or whatever you call their system.
    Is this the norm? I'd call but it is a PITA due to me being in Afghanistan.

  • I’ve both emailed and called multiple times and had very short hold times on phone calls and very fast email responses. I wonder if there is an issue with your current location.
