Hi Fabian, unfortunately no, it would come with (1) 10rd magazine. Bud's will remove non-compliant magazines but will not replace them. You would need to obtain your own 10rd compliant magazines. Dictator Murphy says you only need 10rd to defend yourself in The People's Republik of NJ.
