These scopes always seem to be very middle of the road makes / models and always have very avg glass / clarity - for medium range shooting, if you have good vision, you should be fine but if these two characteristics are of importances to you I'd probably want to sell the included scope and upgrade..This quality of rifle easily warrants a much better scope..
