I'm going to assume the pump versions of the Escort BullTac shotguns are legal in Illinois but are the semi-auto versions like the Escort BullTac Semi-Auto 12ga 18" Bullpup Tactical Shotgun 5+1 - Blue/Black, 18" Barrel, 5+1 Rounds, Synthetic, 3" Chamber, Black Stock also legal? Or will I have to wait for the Supremes to finally overturn this ridiculous ban?

Hi David, you are correct, the pump is ok, the semi-auto is not. A semi-auto shotgun cannot have a pistol grip.
