no gun selected but check the CA DOJ list just select Beretta on the pull down menu and look for the beretta you want http://certguns.doj.ca.gov/

The specific handgun model must appear on the CA approved Roster to be legal. Just select Beretta to check here : http://certguns.doj.ca.gov/
