  • If I am ordering a gun off of buds website to be picked up at their store. Will they not correct any problems or with the gun or take it back if it's damaged during shipping unless I pay the $15? It seems like if I'm buying it from them to be shipped to their store I shouldn't have to pay the extra $15?

  • Good question Monty. I would think Buds would not charge shipping if they are functioning as your local pickup FFL. I would chat or talk with Buds Customer Service to verify this though via LiveChat (available from 9AM to 9PM 7 days a week), the "Blue Chat Now" button at the bottom right of the page, or phoning at (859) 368-0371 (available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday .

  • 1st thing I would do is call the Local buds store to see if they have the gun you want in stock. I know that buds charges a $35.00 transfer fee on firearms ordered off the website and picked up at a Buds store also contact Buds Customer Service using the "Blue Chat Now" button at the bottom right of the page, or phoning at (859) 368-0371 (available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday .
