No. SDS Imports is the parent company in the US for the MAC brand. Tristar is not under their umbrella. Both brands are great quality and affordable too.

Hi Ansel, no, they are not the same company. Located in Kansas City, Missouri, TriStar Arms is a primary importer of quality shotguns and handguns. TriStar is family owned and operated. TriStar imports some of it's its products from ISMACS of Turkey.
