AK-47 is a different type of platform than a AR platform. If you check out a picture of a AK-47, they have bannana magazines, so they look like they are curving. An AR has a "straight" mag. They just wont fit in.

AR platform rifles require AR platform mags, no matter the caliber, AK mags will not work... basically its an AR-15 lower with a 7.62 caliber barrel assembly on the upper
