Hello is the Mossberg sa20 pistol grip turkey gun legal to hunt with in New Jersey

Hi Rich, it is not legal in NJ due to the pistol grip. Dictator Murphy says a semi-auto shotgun can not have a pistol grip.

Bummer but no go for NJ, same here in NY. Our Queen tyrant restricted them as well.

Hi Rich and welcome. No Sir, Pistol Grip Semi auto's are prohibited in NJ. You would need a Pump Action. Details under Shotguns here : budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/new_jersey_restrictions.pdf
