Hi Mark, the medium grip come with the gun by default. You would need to purchase the small grip module separately here >>>

Stay safe & have a great day!
Mark, I just want to make it clear that you are asking about the grip MODULE and not the backstraps. The GRIP MODULE is the "lower" part of the weapon. Please see the Springfield Armory store and search for Echelon Grip Module. You'll see the small, medium, and large products. The small and medium grip modules have the standard texture while the large has the aggressive texture.
Hi Mark and welcome. The "Medium Grip" is the default grip that comes on the Pistol. The Small and Large Grip panels are also included so you can install for the best fit: Unboxing video here : youtube.com/watch?v=OUiekUkPlmA ------------ Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
The "standard" size most stores have is actually the medium grip module, but you can purchase the small or large separately. With each different size grip module you also get 3 different sized back straps that come with it that you can swap out.
