My preferred FFL is on the list, but they are not a "Green" preferred Buds FFL.
Do I need to have them email their FFL, or just advise them that I have a transfer coming?

Just advise them of the transfer Eric. They are good to go if they are still on the list. I would still have then contact Buds to get updated to "Preferred Status" just for the sake of business since they may not have received a firearm in over a year from Buds.
