There is no laws that prohibit or restrict residents of city of Chicago the purchase of bolt action rifle. or handgun. or ammunition. as long as a buyer hold a valid FOID card. Why is Bud still holding that anti 2nd amendment discriminatory policy to not ship to Chicago or cook county. The firearm goes to FFL anyway. I have purchased number of guns from other dealers and no one has any issue to ship the gun to my FFL.

This order may be required to be done by phone. Likely due to the fact that they provide free shipping on firearms. So until they can verify the FOID card, they may delay shipment. So they dont pay for shipping their and back if the sale is denied. They do not ship on weekends anyway, so a phone call on Monday will likely have your gun shipped on Tuesday. I'm sure the sale will go through when they confirm the FOID card.
