Ok, thank you everyone for answering my last question. New to shotguns promise this is the last. On the end of my asi pasimax shotgun there's a screw in muzzle break. When I take that off I like it better cause it's S little shorter. So my question is I'm guessing you can't shoot it with those threads exposed in the barrel after taking it off. What kind of choke would I need to cover the threads and keep the barrel at the same length. Thanks again everyone!

The barrel is the same length regardless of the brake. When they measure the barrel they do not count the muzzle brake just as they do not count a choke for length. You can shoot it with the threads exposed, but I wouldn't recommend it, because it can screw up the threads. Seeing hot the ASI pasimax is a home defense/ tactical style shotgun I would personally recommend a full choke for home defense or a improved modified, unless your shotgun has a fixed choke. If it has a fixed choke then there is no need for another choke, The way to tell if it is a fixed choke is on the side of the barrel it will way mod, full, imp mod. It will say this up near the chamber and will be somewhere close to where is says 3 inch shells. Hope this helps. .
