  • Hi Joseph, yes sir, this gun is MD legal, but the 30rd magazine is not. Bud's will ship with no magazine, and you would need to buy your own compliant mags, available here >>> https://masterpiecearms.com/shop/mpa20-70p-10/

  • Good to go as far as I can see in MD but, Bud's will remove the non-compliant 30 round magazine leaving you to purchase a MD compliant capacity magazine.
