Exemptions to current California ammunition shipping laws Penal Code 30312(c)(6) STILL allows out of California ammunition vendors to ship ammunition directly to a California customer if the customer has the following documentation in his/her possession:
1) a FFL type 03 license (C&R Curio Relic license)
AND
2) a Certificate of Eligibility issued by the California Department of Justice.
Is Budsgunshop willing to ship ammo directly to California exempt customers ?
