Hi Bret, as long as it is still at your FFL and you haven't taken possession, you can return it any time. (actually Bud's does not state a timeline for unused firearms)
If you have taken possession it cannot be returned.
You or your FFL can call Bud's to initiate a return at 1-859-368-0371 9am-8pm EST Mon-Fri.
