Hi Scott, You'lll need to use the "Blue Chat Now" button on the bottom right or Contact Buds at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri.

You will need to use the "Blue Chat Now" button bottom right to have a Bud representative assist with applying the multiple cards. Or Contact Buds at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri.
