Hi Joseph, There is no difference in the take down procedure. The only differences in the 2 is that The 320SCR9BSS model has night sights and accessory rail and the 320SC9B doesn't.

No difference. Take down is exactly the same for both pistols Joseph. Also a huge advantage of the P320 system is the striker-Fired Interchangeable trigger group along with the ability to use interchangeable grip modules.
