  • I have ordered a weapon and have proof that I've ordered it from my card but when I try to check in on the shipping date the weapon is still in the cart and saying I haven't ordered anything. Have this ever happened before?

  • This has happened to me Eric right before a Christmas order. It wasn't an order by X-Mas on the 23rd but did not show correctly until the 29th. Maybe an order volume overload but it shipped and was received. I'd give it 5 business days to complete processing then call Buds if not right by then at (859) 368-0371 9am-9pm mon-fri or use the blue Chat Now button.
