Yes. Just select your local Buds Store as the FFL upon checkout. Once the order is processed just go to the Buds store for firearm transfer the same as any other FFL. You will be charged the x-fer fee of $35 plus local state sales tax.

yes but Buds will charge a $35.00 transfer fee (I assume you mean picking it up at a Buds store) if not a Buds store its up to the store what they charge for a transfer fee
