taxes depend on your state law some states (very few) have the FFL holder collect taxes. some states like NC I am supposed to pay taxes on internet purchases when I file my income tax. shipping actual time has a lot to do with how you pay cc it will normally ship the next day and take 2-3 days handgun 3-7 long gun e-checks take about 4-5 bays to show up as paid in Buds account (after it shows taken out of your bank) then the gun will ship with the same shipping times

You will not be charged sales tax by Buds if you are out of state. Depending on your proximity to Buds, handguns are shipped via 2-Day shipping and Long guns are shipped via ground service.

Hi Mark, it depends on the state. I'm in Ca and FFL's charge sales tax here. Best to call your local FFL to see if they charge sales tax. Shipping on handguns is 2-3 days (1 day to process then Fed ex 2 day shipping) if paying by Credit card or gift card. Long guns 5-7 days.
