Hi Robert, yes +P is ok, “Plus-P” (+P) ammunition generates pressures in excess of the pressures associated with standard ammunition. Such pressures may affect the wear characteristics and may result in the need for more frequent service.

When using +P ammo constantly though, you run the risk of premature wear on internals and increase the time between your cleaning sessions.
