I own CIA RI1588-X M70 AB2 Paratrooper (bought it from Buds). Would this EMA Tactical RS47SET fit it?

This will fit the M70 no problems Alan. The RS47-SET Hand Guard System is fully-featured for AK forearm and is compatible with most AK style rifles.
