The steel frame does not include aimpoint optic so if I buy it separately do I need mount or just optic? The pfp is optic ready

Hi Patrick you will need to get the mounting plate from Walther. They will send you one plate free of charge with each gun.

Without knowing which Aimpoint optic you have, I cannot say which adapter plate you will need, but I'm sure Walther can help you.
