Got my SW 686 plus 6". Was handed the gun and it was wrapped in very torn apart paper. The gun seem fine. When I got home and opened the case myself I noticed something very heavy crushed the corner of the case. I guess the case did its job protecting the gun but I'm sure it was handed.to me in an opened case and taken from me a put back. Ill never have another gun sent there. As I said some crushed that case it.had to have been very obvious
